[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Christmas gift from two of my granddaughters and their husbands, and what a wonderful gift it is! The knives are extremely sharp and a gift I really needed and will use often. The knives and block look great on my kitchen counter as well.

Worth every penny

I've been using Victorinox Fibrox chef's knives for years and finally decided to invest in a higher quality set. These, my friends, are fantastic and the price can't be beat. They are very light in the handle, so those who prefer a heavier blade will want to look elsewhere, but for the home cook who wants a reliably sharp blade that won't tire your arm out, this is it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
