Excellent knives and very sharp!

I needed a knife set after I moved into my own apartment and decided it was time to get high quality knives that will last me a long time. These fit the bill exactly! The weight and balance feels great in my hands, they are easy to hand wash, and they come out of the box perfectly sharp. I even cut my finger slightly (from my own error) on the first use. If you cook at home and are use to blades that are a little more dull as I was, be prepared as these will put all other knives you’ve used to shame!

My daughter gave me this set for Mother’s Day. After having used the same knives for 42 years, this is a wonderful treat. This set has everything we need, and the block is not bulky. The knives are incredibly sharp and easy to use. Would highly recommend.
