I ordered this (and steak knives) on December 1st...everything was in stock and promised to be here in a normal fashion. Your team lost my order and if I didn't call in to check on it nobody would have ever noticed it.
Then I was told that the Block set would be delivered by Dec 18th and the Steak knives I also ordered would be shipped Dec 29th. I was understanding and nice enough to accept that inconvenience.
Now I was told that both items are not going to be back in stock until January 11th...
This is the worst transaction I've ever had and I don't know how I could ever promote your products after this.
And your support team's answer to these issues was
"Unfortunately at this point there is not anything we can do"
What an embarrassment

Quality knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought these as a Xmas gift to myself and the quality is superb. There’s a knife for everything and it cuts flawlessly. I cook a ton for my family so figured it was time to upgrade my knife set.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM YET AND IM VETY DISAPPOINTED AS THIS IS MY SONS MAIN CHRISTMAS GIFT. I HAVE BERN CHECKING ON IT REGULARLY. IT DID NOT SAY OUT OF STOCK WHEN I ORDERED IT 3 WEEKS AGO. HOPEFULLY IT GETS HERE ON TIME. THANK YOU.
