Beautiful knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I asked my mom, an experienced home chef, to help me level up my adulting game by getting me my first set of high-quality knives that will last me a long time. She chose based on durability, ease of use, and versatility, and I think she nailed it. I chopped some onions and potatoes as my first test and it was so much more enjoyable and satisfying a task than it has been for a while. I’d been eating less and less vegetables lately because the prep had become prohibitively difficult and slow with my old, cheap knife set from my early 20s. I’m looking forward to being able to cook and eat more healthily with these knives for years to come.
