I Expected More For The Price & Reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit and finish of the blades was exceptional. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the factory’s edges. They appeared have been made by a single pass on a coarse sanding belt, leaving
a visible irregular sawtooth edge. The 5.5” blade had an edge about 2mm wide on the left side and 1mm wide on the opposite (right) side for about 1.5“ back from the tip. It looks like a second. Whoever finished that edge needs remedial training, and whoever’s responsible for QC needs to do something other than polish the wide edge at the tip to make it less obvious. Truly disappointing.

Sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are very lightweight, but very powerful. I cut two fingers upon first use because I wasn’t used to such sharp knives! They cut with ease and make food keep so much quicker and easier. Very pleased!
