Excellent non stick

I like to use this pan for large batches of soup stock. This pan will brown your meats and bones and vegetables without sticking. Great for Thanksgiving gravy! You can let this pot simmer on the stove for a long time...and, keep your eye on it with the glass lid. Non stick surface is amazing, clean up is a breeze.

Motion is a great pan for the value. Thick anodized aluminum with 3 layers of a non-stick surface this pan will heat up quickly, cook evenly and clean up is a snap. Dishwasher safe and can tolerate many uses.

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was planning to return it since I thought this pot is similar to the other one I purchased. However, after I received it, I change my mind to keep it with few reasons as following. First, this is a shallow 4-qt pot, which is good for hotpot, shabu shabu, stew, etc. These types of dishes can be served with this pot on the burner to share with the whole family. I will say this is good for 4 servings. Second, this pot got a decent weight that is easy to handle; meanwhile, it is not too light and not flimsy. Third, it is a plus that this pot is oven safe up to 450 F. The height of the pot is shorter than a regular can (see picture). And the diameter is similar to my 11-inch fry pan (see picture). Overall, I recommend this pot.

Bar-non, this is my daily go to pan in my entire kitchen... with a family of six, I can cook up one pot meals in about 1/2 an hour that feeds us all, sometimes with leftovers. Last thing I cooked in was a smoked pepper sockeye hash for dinner last night.

Great nonstick chefs pan

This is a really great chef’s pan to use. It’s great for making smaller portions of pasta or stews, the nonstick truly is ultra-durable and really releases food well and cleans nicely. Lighter in weight which helps when filling it with liquids so it’s not overly heavy.

Great non-stick pot

Great one pot meal pot. The non-stick is amazing. Works well on the stovetop for a soup or pasta dish, or also in the oven for a casserole. The glass lid allows you to see the progess inside. The loop handles on each side are comfortable. Good weight.

Great size pan for preparing a one pot meal; sear, saute, add and reduce liquids. Thick aluminum heats quickly and keeps contents hot. Pan is lightweight and glass lid fits securely; both pieces are dishwasher safe.
