great wide nonstick pot

I really like the results I get from this pot. The hard anodized body is light but also durable. The aluminum heats quickly and evenly. The shape makes it great for saute, braising and frying. The PFOA free nonstick holds up use after use. The lid is tight fitting and the silicone gasket really holds in steam. I like being able to easily monitor my cooking through the glass lid without lifting it off.

Motion pans are my favorite traditional nonstick pans. Nothing sticks to them and cleanup is a breeze. this pan is made with heavy-gauge, 4mm hard-anodized aluminum construction and has amazing, even, heat distribution. The handles are stay cool on the stove top and the pan can with stand temperatures up to 450F including the lid. The pan is also dishwasher safe.

Versatile Pot

Such a verstile pot; perfect for sauteing but also ideal for those week-night, one pot meals. The non stick is very durable and it browns beautifully. Not a charactertistic you find in all non-stick cookware. I love cooking with a glass lid, especially with one that fits a tightly as this one. Foods tend to cook faster when you don't raise the lid.
This is also perfect for a roast! Seared my meat on the stovetop, added veggies and into the oven.
Bonus...it's dishwasher safe too!

Soups and bouillabaisse, chilis, stews, stock,steaming mussels and meat and veggie combos - this pan will do it all! Nice that it has some width, instead of tall, as easy to see inside the pot, as food is cooking or simmering. Stay cool handles, tempered glass and super easy to clean, as the surface needs a quick soak, then wipes clean!

I like this size pot...it's almost a mix between a pan and a pot so it's perfect for larger batches of things a pan is too shallow for without the need to pull out your taller bulkier pots. The anodized aluminum is strong and wont warp as it heats up quickly and evenly. The nonstick is metal utensil safe which comes in handy if you've reached for a metal spoon instead of rubber or silicone. I love the double handles and glass lid which has a tight fit and I can peek in without letting out steam and heat.

Smaller Dutch Oven

This chef's pan is half the size of the 8-qt Dutch oven but can do the same things. Excellent for braising, simmering, roasting. Even good for baking - think baked Mac & Cheese. Perfect for smaller households or fir side dishes. Rices, beans, pasta; ideal. The thick, hard anodized aluminum heats quickly and distributes the heat evenly, minimizing hot spots and scorched foods. Dishwasher safe but hand wash to keep it looking like new.
