This is a beautiful, well-made piece to add to your kitchen. I made a wonderful beef bourguignon for New Year's day in my new Staub and it was delish. Looking forward to making a bunch more recipes in the the future. I'm planning a chicken dish for this evening in it. :) It's a beautiful color, quality, heavy-weight dutch oven. The top lid fits so well and definitely basted my beef bourg. perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will most likely purchase another Staub piece.

I started making sourdough and this is perfect for baking my bread! I am asking for a 2nd for my birthday, so I can have two loaves going at once. This is also perfect for making soups for a smaller family. It's a perfect size that keeps it from being too heavy and difficult to clean. I got the basil color and it's beautiful.

Haven’t used it yet, but found guide book very knowledgeable for first time users. Packaging was very nice and pot seems very sturdy. 4qt size is a good size for 2 people servings. If cooking for yourself, it would probably be better to size down just a bit.

When it comes to dutch oven, I never look further! Staub is my go to product and will always be the best, as I continue collection it's beautiful peaces one at a time.

Of course I am in love with the basil color, but the size of the pot meets my needs. I love how versatile this pot is. I can place it in the oven and cook on the stove.
