perfect size and beautiful to look at

I love this pot. The enameled cast iron is amazing to cook with. Unlike traditional raw cast iron it never needs to be seasoned. It can also be easily cleaned with soap and soaked if necessary without the worry of rusting. The matte texture gives great browning by letting the fats and oils fully underneath the food. The braising spikes on the lids concentrate the moisture and bastes my food perfectly. Its great to use on the stove and in the oven. The gorgeous color looks great in my kitchen and when serving at the table.

We absolutely love our new Dutch oven! You can feel the quality when you hold it in your hands, and it looks beautiful. We’ve made sourdough bread and braised beef ribs so far. Everything comes out perfect!

Wish the handles were wider, and the lip was enameled to avoid it rusting over time. It overall better price and easier to clean than LC.

Excellent cookware vessel! As always, Staub delivers a superior product. I use the 4qt Cocotte, Perfect Pan, and 10inch Skillet almost exclusively in my dinner preparations. Easy to cook in, easy to clean, easy on the eyes!

I had no idea how much I needed this. Now I use it everyday and I’m going to start giving it as a gift. The dark interior makes it so I’m not afraid of ruining it. The lid fits snugly. I got the smaller one since I have several larger in other brands but is definitely buy other products. I seriously just took it with me on a trip. Yup I love it.

The gorgeous basil color is one of the most sleek Staub hues that will go perfectly in any kitchen, especially during the holidays. The French craftsmanship shows in this 4qt oven that is perfect for feeding 2-4 people (or just 2 and plenty of leftovers!) The enameled (and iron-free!) cast iron maintains heat so well and I truly appreciate the self-basting feature with the spikes on the lid.

This is a stunning color and the pot is amazing. I use this 4 qt size for smaller meals for my family. I love the flat top lid. I rest my utensils there. Perfect for my induction stove.The enamel protects the surface!!
