[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My absolute go to pot for everything! Simmering, frying, browning, this pot does it all and does it superbly. You do have to be careful about chipping, while extremely durable, treat it with care. This will last for generations if you do.

Great product ever and great price during Black Friday! I have been waiting a long time for black friday to get it. The premium color basil is so beautiful which makes my dinner more delicious. The Cocotte arrived perfectly!
