It's a love at first sight!

A stunning color and what a wonderful cast iron pot. Basil will blends in for every kitchen either stainless steel or modern designed. Staub cast iron pots saves you another dish, you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table. I also bought a staub trivet to protect my table from direct heat, it add another beautiful thing at your dinner table.

This is a must-have pot you will use daily! I started off making only soups and stews in it, but now making breads, casseroles, mac and cheese, and cornish hens. It stays on my stove-top since the pot is beautiful and also so useful. Heats evenly and the self-basting quality means no adding water! Stays looking beautiful after many uses.

Saw this great Basil color and thought it might be time to purchase a Cocotte. The self basting lid keeps food nice and moist. I make one pot meals and enjoy serving them in this.

This is a great sized vessel for broccoli or green bean casseroles, though it works well for almost any warm baked side dish. I know that it would be a good size for two people but we are a long way from that right now. The color is scrumptious and works beautiful with my grenadine and graphite pieces. love this beauty!

Nice sage color. Great size for anything but monster parties! Dimples neath lid continually keep interior moist. Heats evenly/quickly and easy to clean.

Small but Mighty! I live alone so this size is just perfect for me for more dishes than I can count. I use it for small pots of chili, stew for one, macaroni and cheese, i have even baked a small loaf of bread for myself. All the benefits of the larger cocottes but for a smaller household.

a perfect size for a small batch of soup or when cooking a small chicken or piece of meat. Great job browning and searing meat and chicken. Just add the veggies and dinner is served! Straight from stovetop to the table. Easy prep, easy clean up.

Terrific size for my family of four. Great for making taco fillings, stews, chowders and steaming vegetables. Absorbs liquids and keeps food really hot without using high flames or temperature. Love the heavy weight. The bottom is thick enough to prevent scorching. Beautiful to serve from. Nice to have a little less to clean at the end of the meal. Great investment piece. Will have many years of cooking with this pan!
