Great knives, block meh

However, the block came chipped (currently in process of seeing if it can be replaced), and I did not realize before buying that the angle of the block is so low, that it takes up a lot more counter space than anticipated. When pushed back against the wall, it comes out about half the counter width, which takes up most of my prep space.

I mentioned it to him and he came through with this excellent set. I adore the weight of the knives, chopping and slicing is a breeze. It makes cooking so much more pleasurable because of the overall quality of these blades.

Nicest knives I have ever owned!

I also love the way the knives feel in my hand and the fact that the knives are very sharp and will stay that way.
