16 PC knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used the same set of knives for 20 years and dropped the chef knife so went shopping for a new brand and stumbled across the Henkels line. I couldn't be happier, the knives are sturdy, well balanced, and spines are rounded which helped prevent from it digging into your hand during use. I can see myself using these for the next 20 yrs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just used it to cut up raw sausage and it sliced through like butter, package and all. Made perfect sausage patties without us having to reform them after the cut. Just got them, do water to try them on new foods. Cuts eggplant with excellence
