[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worked in my share of kitchens and I would’ve been happy to have this set of knives even in a professional setting. The ergos on these are great. They don’t want to rotate around in your hand, and they’re well balanced. Out of the box, they were razor sharp (of course). The factory edge face on a few had minute imperfections, likely from shipping and what-not, but those were easily ironed out with, at most, 4-6 swipes of the steel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this set! The blades are extensor sharp and there is a knife for every use plus scissors. Definitely worth spending a little extra money on. You won't regret the purchase!
