I absolutely love my new Staub cast iron pot. Very easy to cook in it, both inside and outside black, it is super easy to clean. Cooks very evenly.

Just love my staub dutch ovens, have the smaller one and wanted a bigger version for my sourdough. Does a marvelous job. Easy to take care off. Just heavy but expected with cast iron.
