Love my new steak knives

Superb knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing to dislike compared to our old set of serrated steak knives. They hold their edge and because they aren't serrated, we can sharpen them when necessary although we haven't reached that point yet.

A bit high on price, smaller than expected. I bought these to replace the serrated ones that came with my kitchen knife set. Very sharp after dressing the edges with a fine sharpening stone. Sturdy and handle well.
