Original bought the 15 piece set of forged knives with the block, only to find out that the steak knives where garbage stamped knives. Bait and switch! Then bought these out of necessity and love them.

I owned a large set of these knives since 1976. They are the best knife the best steel sharpest keep the sharpest just with the steel sharpenerthat came with them.
My boning knife the handle eventually wore off. I made a new teak handle and I’m still using that knife is my favorite but it’s a great set and I’ll always buy this company’s brand
