Great blade, small handle

We've had a classic Henckels kitchen set for years and they have been wonderful. Easy to maintain, sharpen and stay sharp for a while. Decided to start upgrading to better quality set. The blades on these knives are phenomenal, well worth the price. I just wish the handles were larger like the steak knives in my old set. That being said, the ease with which these cut makes up for the handle size.

These knives are very good looking and the weight of each knife is 3/4 oz. heavier than the ones it's replacing.
Solid and much sharper, I'm really looking forward to using these regularly. Well worth the money spent.
