Decent knives with some caveats

Handles came a little scuffed, edges were rolled out of box. If you can sharpen and pick your own they are decent. Handles are a bit narrow and small but almost preferable for smaller hands and fine for simple cutting. Spine is flat and unrounded. Haven't cut enough to comment on the blade steel, but they were quite easy to touch up.

Zwilling never lets us fown

These Porterhouse steak knives are just as wonderful as my other Zwilling knives! Great balance and steady feel in hand. So sharp, the blade practically glides through meat. We purchased two sets to mark our 48th wedding anniversary ... think I'll need to get one more for a big set of twelve knives.

Nice straight edge knifes

So far so good! Some mixed messaging around dishwasher safe, like air la table says it’s not but the mfg website says it is. Super sharp, nice addition to henckels set, I needed a few straight edge knifes

Incredibly well made knives with great hand feel and balance. Blades with special tapering to remain sharper longer. Terrific slicing ease. Top end products.
