Best. Knives. Ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Filleting Knife as a gift. As my "knife collection" needed updating, I decided to go with the Henckles line. So glad I did! The knives not only work beautifully, but have a timeless, classic look that would look fantastic in any kitchen. I now have 6 Henckles knives in my collection and I will be adding more ever time. Simply the best knives!

I only needed one of the three but the price was good for the three so purchased it. I have a duplicate of the Chef's knife that I will gift to my nephew. Highly recommend Henckels.

Great knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent set. I prefer these even over the knives with riveted handles for day to day use. I use my knives almost every day, and as such they get washed every day; sometimes multiple times. The construction is conducive to a long life.
Well balanced, great hand feel, and ergonomically proper.
