This is such a versatile pan. It looks like a wok but it can do so much more. The cast iron distributes the heat all the way up the sides and it has a wire rack, so it's perfect for deep frying. It has a smooth bottom so it won't scratch my glass cooktop like traditional cast iron.

This is a super versatile cast iron wok. Don't think of it as just for making stir fry, you can cook almost anything in this pan. The cooling rack comes in very handy when cooking different foods at the same time. The lid fits tightly so you can steam too. Love this pan, it is THE Perfect Pan!

All around, everyday great pan for endless cooking! While it looks like a wok, it performs in so many other ways and browns, cooks, frys, etc. Almost nothing you cannot do in this pan! I love the matte black color - that and the grill feature sold me on this. I was not disappointed. Great price for how often you will use this.

This pan can literally do everything, so I think the name is pretty fitting. It can work as a wok, or a grill, a steamer. You can make doughnuts it in. If you can think of it, it can do it. I would highly recommend this addition in any household for a variety of cooking options. We love it in our house!

PERFECT pan!

this is the best name because it really is the perfect pan. It worked great for me to deep fry chicken for saucing, the resting grate makes draining easy without wasting perfectly clean oil on a paper towel. The shape is great for stir fry too but cast iron is not as quick to heat up for that. But, it does stay hot much longer than my other wok

I use this pan as a wok to stir fry vegetables and I just love how deep and wide this pan is. I also love how it comes with the glass cover so I can steam food if I want to. I love how it is cast iron and retains heat well for a long time.

The wok shape has survived for centuries because it works. This pan will really work for anyone who likes to cook and try a variety of styles. Great for braising, saute, steaming, stir frying, searing and don't forget, ideal for deep frying. The best part of these Staub cast iron pans is they look great on the table. They are perfect for one-pot cooking.
Great wedding and house warming gift.

Versatile Vessel!

Not called perfect pan for nothing! Can do just about everything. Heavy enough not to move around while stirring(which keeps heat consistent) Nice glass lid and height keeps grease/oil from sloshing everywhere
