Use it for just about everything

The question isn't what do I make in this pan but rather what don't you make in this pan. I reach for it for stir fry, taco meat, steaming veggies (with lid) or even baking bread. The black interior behaves almost like non stick because it's so easy to clean up. The handles are generous and comfortable for placing in and out of the oven.

Huge Staub fan

I thought this was a wok, but actaully so versitle. I deep fry in it. Made some amazing pasta dishes. The added bonus is you can put it right on the table and it looks great too.

At first glance this pan looks just like a wok but its great for so many things. I love making risotto in this pan. I keep my liquid hot in my Staub 4qt and cook the rice in this one. The matte interior really rubs the rice grains bringing out more of the starch so i get creamier risotto without as much dairy at the end. Its also great for frying as is all cast iron but the drip rack is great for making tempura shrimp and vegetable and zeppoles.

Fantastic Wok!

A great versatile pan, fits much more food than a traditional frying pan and is great on the stove and the fire! Super easy to clean and very heavy duty. I use it daily for cooking large volumes of veggies, soups, rice, even scrambled eggs.

This pan lives on top of my stove, has its own burner, that is how much I love and use this versatile pan. You can use it like a wok, a deep fryer, a saute pan, a risotto pan, its uses are only limited by one's imagination. I like the warming/draining rack that comes with it and also use it for melting cheese on hamburgers that I have made in the pan. Once the burgers are done, you can place your cheese on them and move them to the rack, put the lid on and the residual heat will get the job done! I am always using this pan, it is the "perfect pan."

I use this pan for Everything!! So versatile, it can be used as a wok, saucepan, I make hamburgers in it too. I love having the half grill shelf where I set chicken, shrimp, beef when I make stir fry. I find a way to use this pan everyday!
