Extremely Versatile

This pan can be used to make anything in your kitchen. It’s great for stir fry, deep frying, baking bread, and creating sauces for pasta. I love being able to look through the glass lid and see what’s going on in the pan without lifting up the lid and releasing all the heat. Everyone should have a pan like this.

So much more than a "wok"

This pan is so much more than just a wok! I use it to boil my pasta all the time and for any one-pot recipes in my repertoire. It's great for deep frying as well! It may look like a wok but it can be used for so many different dishes.

versatile piece of cast iron

This pan is great for doing a lot of different things, whether it’s stir fry to burgers, it’s extremely versatile in its use. The enameling is phenomenal, and really enhances whatever you are cooking. The color of the black matte really makes it look like it’s a traditional cast iron piece, but it’s even better since you don’t have to season Staub pieces

It is like having several pans in one!! I love the rack for holding veggies or meats while I finish cooking.
Useful for many jobs!! I have put my wok aside and now use this pan for all my stir fry dishes!!

Great for deep frying

I bought this pan to fry my beer batter halibut in. Works great because you don't have to use a ton of oil and the wide top and narrow bottom give you plenty of surface space. The cast iron keeps the oil at an even temperature for a perfect fry.
The rack works great as a place to drain the cooked fish and keep it warm.

This is the Perfect Pan!

I just bought this about a month ago and truly love it. It's oven safe up to 500 degrees, but more importantly, its a great Cast Iron Pan. So nice that Staub added a glass cover. Great for browning & saute also.

Perfect Pan! Perfect Size for a wok!

The mini wok are so cute and adorable, the 6qt. wok are great size but these 4.5qt. makes it so versatile and perfect little things to add in your collections. I love the fact that it has flatter bottom for maximize heat contact for all stove top surfaces.
