Fantastic Dutch oven, perfect size for a new cook, bread baking, rice, stew, roasting meats, etc. and the colors and glaze...stunning! Too pretty to stuff away, leave on range top when not in use, you’ll be surprised at how many compliments you’ll hear!

Love Staub! The dark interior really helps in browning and caramelization of proteins which adds great flavor to stews and braises. Also stain resistant which is great when making red sauces and chili. The lid is a bit heavier than I expected, but works great with the little dimples to help collect moisture and self baste, which is especially helpful when making roasts as well as poulty. Works on my induction cook top and is also oven safe up to 500 degrees. Use this pan several times a week, and don't know what I would do without it.

Best Cocotte on the market!
