[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieved my first staub product this holiday season and it is absolutely gorgeous. The 4-qt. size is perfect for about 2-3 people and has a myriad of uses. Perfect for searing and roasting meats, baking sourdough rounds, and slow cooking dishes.

While I haven't cooked in the cocotte as yet, it arrived in a timely manner. It looks beautiful on my stove and I look forward to making many great dishes in the cocotte. I have a larger Dutch oven that is perfect for roasting a chicken (7 qt), but too large for smaller dishes. Thiis new smaller cocotte will be perfect for smaller dishes.
