Love my white Staub

Good not the usual great reveal but acceptable

I purchased an authentic 4 qt white cocotte. The size was as described and the numbers to denote authenticity were there under the lid and under one handle. However, out of the 6 pots that I have bought the sprayed on enamel around the lid is sloppily applied and there are 2 small chips in the rim of the new pan. That is disappointing. But I know that it will not impact cooking and I need it now for a family gathering. So, I kept it. Oh well..I guess I was going to kiss a frog after buying 5 other Staubs. Please note that they did say that I could return it. But again, I have to use it and my integrity won’t let me use and send it back. Here is hoping that you have a great experience with your Staub!

You charged my credit card but you have not shipped the item to me. You have not responded to my online inquiry as to when you will ship it. Your phone line puts the caller on hold perpetually. I was really excited to buy your product, but so far it is 22 days since you charged my credit card for the item and you have provided zero communication as to when you will ship it to me.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself from myself! Sur la Table was having a great deal and I have had my eye on the Staub Cocotte for some time now, after hearing such amazing word-of-mouth from family and friends, as well as online reviews. While I haven’t yet used it, I am so excited to and am very sure it will live up to the hype of those whose opinions I trust well. Not to mention, the white color I purchased it in is just SO, so beautiful!

I’m so happy I put this on my Christmas list because this girl (yeah, I believe it’s a girl because it does allllll the work while looking good) is amazing! I love how functional it is while looking beautiful in or on my stove. Versatility is key and this product nails it.
