You charged my credit card but you have not shipped the item to me. You have not responded to my online inquiry as to when you will ship it. Your phone line puts the caller on hold perpetually. I was really excited to buy your product, but so far it is 22 days since you charged my credit card for the item and you have provided zero communication as to when you will ship it to me.

Beautiful Cocotte

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already own the 7qt oval cocotte and the 3.5qt braising pan and absolutely love them. I just couldn't pass up the amazing deal I got for this round cocotte during the Xmas sale. I made a pot roast in it and it actually cooked up much faster than I had anticipated as my usual recipe was previously made in a non-Staub dutch oven. The self-braising lid makes all the difference in the world. I purchased it in the bright white color and was really nervous about staining; however, just a little bit of cast iron enamel cleaner on it took care of it right away and it looks brand new after each wash. I cannot recommend this enough.

So far, I have made Beef Stew, short ribs and even bread.
Don’t wait, go and get yourself a Staub Dutch Oven! You will have it for a lifetime!
