This color is beautiful and is perfect for anytime of the year. I keep this piece out for any occasion, and have been so impressed with the amount of moisture my meats contain after cooking. All around, amazing piece.

love the color of this pot, it really shows up nicely on my dark range. I like that it doesnt show fingerprints like some of the darker ones.

What a wonderful cast iron pot for every delicious dish a chef can think of. White will blends in for every kitchen design, either stainless steel or modern designed. Staub cast iron pots saves you another dish, you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table. I also bought a staub trivet to protect my table from direct heat, it add another beautiful thing at your dinner table. The innovative lid features tiny spikes on the interior that continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavorful results.
The smooth enamel bottom works on all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Oven safe up to 900F/482C without lid, Lids are oven safe up to 500F/260C. It's unique, interior matte texture results in exceptional browning. Beautiful for either stainless steel or modern designed. I was a bit hesitant about ordering since reviews say that a lot of them were received damaged. When i placed the order i never got a confirmation and i was refunded twice thinking my order was cancelled. They charge me again and i received the next day. I been using almost daily.
