The stunning white color on this 4qt cocotte is almost too beautiful to use! Luckily, this piece is easy to clean (dishwasher safe or hand washing), no matter what you cook in it! Take care of it and this bright white color will last forever!

I've got the white, red and black! Art work for my kitchen! Gorgeous! I can't say enough about the quality of this pot. The 4Qt is perfect size and weight for everyday use. I tend to use this white cocotte for my cream soups. no need to worry about staining!! The black matte interior has you covered!

Wow what a great dutch oven. It's a perfect size for two to three people, super easy clean up and the inside doesn't stain because it matte black.

I was hesitant to order a white cast iron piece. Thought it would be hard to keep clean.

Perfect Size for Small Batch Cooking

This size is perfect for small batch cooking and baking. I love baking bread in my cocotte because it comes out beautifully baked each and every time. The black enamel interior is great for frying, sauteeing and browning. Loves long braises in the oven or stovetop due to the dimpled underside of the lid, which captures the moisture and drops back down for continuous self-basting.

The Perfect Cast Iron Pot

I love this pot for a small roast for me and my husband as well as for side dishes. It browns a roast beautifully and then cooks it to perfection. With it's "dimple" lid, it makes perfect rice every time. A must have for every kitchen.

The 4-Q size is perfect for so many 2-person meals. I love the self-basting features that keeps everything tasty & moist, including my fish & veggies! This is my go-to pot for just about everything, unless i need a larger size!
