[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality. The enamel is very well done, and the self-basting dimples on the inside of the lid definitely help keep the food moist. I would recommend buying the right higher quality cocotte like Staub.

Perfect every day dutch oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For my family of 3, this is our daily driver and I couldn't be happier with it. From stews and chilis to roasts and even baked pasta dishes, this cocotte does it all. And the white looks so good on my black stovetop!
