Its versatile, high-quality and has excellent performance as expected from a brand like STAUB. Perfect for every day cooking and cleanup is a breeze has good way to it, but not too heavy.

Key Cleaning Tip

We have several Staub cocotte’s and LOVE them all.
IMPORTANT COOKING TIP! When cooking meat, it tends to leave a white film inside the pots, even after washing with soap and water.
NO PROBLEM. After washing, simply sprinkle some baking soda and a pinch of water to make a paste. Then rub down the inside of the pot with a damp sponge. Then rinse. The black enamel will look brand new again. 👍
