I used this for the first time last night making curry and am thrilled with the pan. It’s a great, manageable size, no sticking (despite me letting the simmer get more to a boil...) and super easy clean up. No soaking necessary! I can see me using this daily.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself from myself! Sur la Table was having a great deal and I have had my eye on the Staub Cocotte for some time now, after hearing such amazing word-of-mouth from family and friends, as well as online reviews. While I haven’t yet used it, I am so excited to and am very sure it will live up to the hype of those whose opinions I trust well. Not to mention, the white color I purchased it in is just SO, so beautiful!
