Went in to exchange n get new ink. Gentlemen behind counter said no can do so I left . Upon returning for something else I ask the guy behind counter why I couldn’t exchange ink as it was wrong n I never used it he said no problem so I got correct in n other items I needed paid n was out in less than 15 minutes. Earlier when I was in there was a line n he kinda dismissed me. I should have gotten both men’s names but I didn’t sorry. Next time I will. Keep up the good work

The ink is randomly printing in only magenta colors. Everything is coming out with a pink hue.

Hi there Heather It seems you got a defective cartridge. I'm very sorry the pages are only printing magenta. You mention a pink hue. I recommend you clean all of the printheads and look for a leak. Turning off the printer and restarting is a good idea. Try replacing all of the cartridges and seeing if that resolves the issue. Four stars because they work well. They ought to. They're not perfect. Seems like sometimes they don't always use up all the ink in the cartridges they are genuinely expensive and when you change them the printer goes through the self diagnostic iterations and then the HP software wants you to comment on how wonderful they are...
