The ink is randomly printing in only magenta colors. Everything is coming out with a pink hue.

Hi there Heather It seems you got a defective cartridge. I'm very sorry the pages are only printing magenta. You mention a pink hue. I recommend you clean all of the printheads and look for a leak. Turning off the printer and restarting is a good idea. Try replacing all of the cartridges and seeing if that resolves the issue.
