The magenta cartridge leaked in the printer. I returned and received a replacement. The printer is no longer working. I am returning the cartridges and hopefully getting my money refunded.

Hello Lauren I understand getting magenta all over the place is less than enjoyable. I can help with the return by directing you to the correct site. Then I will help you find a printer solution to clean up the mess. The site is www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. To clean up the mess consider using a soft towel. The coupons for purchase from the rewards program expires entirely too quickly. Not everyone needs ink o office supplies on a weekly basis and every time i try to use a $1200 reward coupon it has expired and I have to please with the manager to accept it. No exp. dates on reward coupons!!
