Four stars because they work well. They ought to. They're not perfect. Seems like sometimes they don't always use up all the ink in the cartridges they are genuinely expensive and when you change them the printer goes through the self diagnostic iterations and then the HP software wants you to comment on how wonderful they are...

I PUCHASED A 7X9” THEE RING BINDER. only to finder that you could not supply the alphabetical divider that I wanted. IT TOOK SOME TIME TO FIND A COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEEDES.Why sell a binder that cannot make it useful.I cannot see why other sites can spply ay a much more reasonable price. After a long peridot I’m becoming distfied with Staples
