The cyan cartridge didn’t work. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to replace it before I could print again. At least it was a fruitful trip. I got a new cyan cartridge several days afterwards.
I could tell it was old. At first the printer didn't accept it but I pushed it into the slot and it finally did. Hope it's not going to be a problem

Hello there Phyllis You described a common printing question but I apologize it detracted from your experience. Securing the cartridge is the only way a printer will printer. If the cartridge is not clicked in the printer will not recognize it. Unless you jammed the printer or damaged the cartridge the printer should work.
