Print quality was very bad. Only part of my documents would print as the black letters were not printing very clearly. Tried cleaning the ink cartridge but it did not work. Ended up throwing it out and getting a new one. New one works fine. Must have gotten a dud...

If that is the case don't hesitate to contact www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ so HP can get your printer working. I am very sorry this whole event happened.
