The black ink cartridge was fine but the color cartridge did not work. I repeatedly got an error message about the color cartridge and had to remove it so that my printer would print (in black ink). The cartridges are very easy to put in and remove, so that is a positive. They do not last very long, so that is a negative. Overall, I would say that this is an average product.

I had a del printer for many years and always had a problem with the ink supply and lines in my documents because of clogging jets. Since I switched to an HP printer and using HP 64 cartridge the problem went away. I was told the lines on my documents were not a fault of the printer but the ink arounds the jets. Very happy with my switch.
