It’s insulting and ridiculous that HP is forcing customers to purchase the ink monthly . I’ve tried enrolling in the program but I simply don’t print much , however the ink they send you for subscription is of the highest quality and lasts long time . Now if you just want to buy regular HP ink and not enroll in monthly program you will pay exact same amount but your ink will disappear after ten pages !! I am vastly disappointed and I am regretting dearly buying HP printer because I hate to be forced into spending money for service I don’t use .
The ink works fine. Just as it should. My problem is that I dont use my printer very often and the ink cartridge often has dried up before I print my next page. I usually resort to borrowing someone else's printer because my ink has dried up between uses.
After struggling with my HP printer for four years, I have given up. The printer has never worked well. Most ink cartridges fail before they are half-used and the jets clog constantly. I have spent more time cleaning and replacing the darned thing than I have actually using it. It was a mistake to have purchased it and it will be the last HP product I ever buy.
Just buy the cartridge. The Instant Ink is a truly sketchy. They can stop use of a cartridge you installed from Instant Ink when you stop service? I barely print and am charged monthly for ink? Total nonsense. This cartridge will probably last me six months or more. just buy the cartridge.
