Using this printer i am stuck with these cartridges that constantly underperform.

Hello,
We appreciate your feedback that the cartridges could be performing better. Is it the number of pages produced? Is it ink quality on the pages? More information can help us pinpoint the issue. There are a few steps you can take now. First, try a test print of the page. Adjust the printer settings as needed. Printing in black ink saves the color cartridges.

Sorry, one of the cartridges you ordered did not work. I can help you troubleshoot or get a return. Start by making sure all protective tape is removed. Wipe the cartridge printhead carefully. Restarting the printer and resetting the cartridge may solve the problem. If none of those ideas work, go to www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges to process a return.
