Perfect and easy installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a present and I am loving it so far! Easy installation, quick output and perfect for what I need. I haven't moved electric to there yet, but am using an extension chord to the outlet on the back side of the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the SB-2000 in 2019 and continue to appreciate it every day for making toilet use comfortable and hygienic. Controls are easy, heating is quick, and seat is comfortable. Four stars instead of 5 because the water pressure seems inconsistent at times (though that might vary based on our seating position) and it would be ideal to have a softer setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
