In approximately 2010 I purchased a SB2000 bidet for my wife and was a huge benefit for her declining health. I as a man would never use it - Boy was I wrong! This has become a wonderful change in my life. I have moved four times since and taken it with me each time. I also own a mountain home and have just ordered another one. Trust me when I say, it will become an essential part of your life experiences. Enjoy...Change is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased and installed the unit. The nozzle sprays and messes the rim of the toilet creating drips off the side of the toilet. If this can’t be resolved I will have to return the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research we choose the Smart Bidet SB-2000. So happy we did. Installation was easy. I will never be without one. Great to have a heated bucket during the winter months

Great bidet. But be ready to replace lid every year. It will brakes where it connected to the bidet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this seat 3 years ago, and I am more than impressed. Works great, good pressures, comfortable and easy to use. I purchased a different brand that I installed in my parents house and I will never do that again. Smart Bidet is the only Brand I will go with.
