Best Buy for a painful back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 years ago before my back surgery. Timing was just right as the pandemic had just hit and paper was in short supply. Much better and cleans better then wiping, love the warm water and air blowing. Last year bought a second unit but upgraded to the 3000 model. Highly recommend to all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the SB-2000 in 2019 and continue to appreciate it every day for making toilet use comfortable and hygienic. Controls are easy, heating is quick, and seat is comfortable. Four stars instead of 5 because the water pressure seems inconsistent at times (though that might vary based on our seating position) and it would be ideal to have a softer setting.
