I bought the SB-1000 over 7 years ago. It has worked great .. and reliably. A button finally failed on the remote, but no surprise after 7 years of regular use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had the SB-1000 for over 10 years now. It is fantastic and still continues to operate perfectly. I love this bidet and I highly recommend it!
