I bought two Smartbidets-110 almost 9 years ago. Fortunately, I had them installed prior to Covid. For the last nine years, they have been working nonstop every day, 2 to 3 times, with multiple people in the house. It was a real surprise as to how durable and trouble-free this product has been. Recently, I had a small issue with one of them and will be getting a replacement part. However, the other one is going strong. I am looking to buy more to complete all the bathrooms in the house, and I have recommended this many times to other friends.
