I have an SB-1000 S/W Electric Smart Bidet™ that I bought about five years ago. Recently, the remote control stopped working. The heated seat, warm water, and warm-air dryer are no longer working.
I’m considering ordering a replacement remote control, but I’m not sure how long a new one will last. Overall, I have been very happy with this bidet because it is very convenient and comfortable to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

internal seal goes out every few years

It's a good product other than some internal seal or soleniod seems to go out every couple years so it starts continously spraying water.
