We love our SmartBidet SB1000. The problem is it is so habit forming that you want to get home to do your business. If that's not possible, the first thing you do when you get home is visit the bidet for a touch-up. Wishing we didn't have to leave home whitout it! The thing that has failed on it in the several years that we have had it is the lid has cracked around the soft close mechanism. I was able to glue and reinforce that, but, the mechanism is no longer working. I will be replacing that and see how that goes.
For the 2600. I purchased this elongated bidet seat approximately 3+ years ago in anticipation of major surgery and having to be at home for several months. It has been a lifesaver for me given that my ability to use paper was and is severely restricted. I'm glad I found this and cannot recommend it more highly. Well worth the copst
Good bidet, and replacement parts make it last a while

Temperature is good, water pressure is good (especially relative to some competitors I've tried), oscillating function is good. I don't use the dryer at all (but I've never had a bidet where the dryer felt like it was useful). Also I super appreciate that the company makes parts available for purchase: I've had it for almost 10 years and have replaced the seat and the lid due to cracking. Some wear and tear is expected and it's nice that I don't have to throw it away if parts wear and break.
