This bidet has been a life changer, heated seats and hot water, I don't know that I'd ever need to upgrade it has multiple features and sensitivity settings and is comfortable to sit on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this bidet. I tried one once at my mom's house and immediately bought one of my own. My parents still have the one they bought about eight years ago and I've had mine for two, so far. As a word of warning, it will make using other toilets feel kind of grubby, but if you struggle with hemorrhoids or just like feeling clean after using the toilet, buy this and you won't be disappointed.

Love, love that Bidet

We love our SmartBidet SB1000. The problem is it is so habit forming that you want to get home to do your business. If that's not possible, the first thing you do when you get home is visit the bidet for a touch-up. Wishing we didn't have to leave home whitout it!
The thing that has failed on it in the several years that we have had it is the lid has cracked around the soft close mechanism. I was able to glue and reinforce that, but, the mechanism is no longer working. I will be replacing that and see how that goes.
