I can not live without this! I hate when I’m away from home and have to use the bathroom without my bidet seat

Great bidet that lasts!

I purchased this three years ago and finally found one that holds up! I love the features you don't find on other models. The eco mode is great for when we go on vacations. The remote is great because it actually works. We've had other brands where you had to point the remote backwards and awkwardly. Not this one. It works every time. It works perfectly always.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We’ve had this bidet for 3 years running and it still works great!! I slammed the lid a title too hard and broke a plastic piece in the lid, totally my fault. But happy to see I can buy replacement parts here on the website, so I don’t have to buy a whole new unit.

Actually I purchased the main body for repairing my old one with different brand. The part has been working very well since I installed last year. Recently I purchased the lid damper, the price is reasonable and was delivered fast.

SB-1000WR - Has Given 7+ Years of Service

We have had our SB-1000WR for over 7 years. It still works great. The only issue we have is the seat is cracked. Will order replacement seat to get several more years out of it - I hope!

This bidet works great. Unfortunately it seems to fail if you have electric surfers even with a surge protector. Best advice is to unplug during storms.
