[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had two of them for years and we love them. When everyone was in a panic about toilet paper shortages, we just smiled. The thing we miss the most when we are traveling is our SmartBidet. Warm water wash and warm air dry is so much better than hotel sandpaper. They were especially helpful when I had shoulder surgery and couldn't have used my hand to wipe if I had to. I highly recommend them to seniors with arm and shoulder mobility issues.

It works. We got this to replace a very expensive unit from a different manufacturer. It does almost everything for a fraction of the price and it has given us less problems. I wish we bought this one first

In disabled so, I can't twist to wipe and this does a great job. I barley use any toilet paper just to pat dry and it's always clean.
I'm buying one for my second bathroom today plus my family member has 2 and two friends also have them for 4 years plus..
This is the only brand I will ever buy after trying the others in my spare bathroom.

Bought this in June remote buttons have stopped working put in a warranty remote request and the remote I received after waiting a week more buttons don't work than on my original one this is frustrating!
