Happy with all but the lid

We have loved the seat have purchased 2. Only problem we’ve had is with the cheap plastic lid. It breaks where the slow close connects. Hard to get replacements

Over the years I have bought about 10 smart bidets, 4 for my house 2 for my son's house and the remainder for cousins and Aunts, easy to install and have worked flawlessly, had to imagine any of us living with out them now, expectational value, highly recommended.

Wore out remote!

My SmartBidet is 7 yrs old and no problems yet! However, my remote gets a real workout and has become indiffferent to where I push the buttons without three or four tries! I feel it has had its best days and time for a upgrade as I feel this remote has just wore out!

We love our Smartbidet. We bought it a few years ago and we’ve taken this everywhere we’ve gone in the military. However, we lost the remote on this last move. I recommend everyone to this toilet seat. I feel so clean and refreshed and it’s as if I just showered after using this. Love it!
