A purchase that was worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased due to an upcoming surgery and to save the plumbing in thus 75 year old home. I am getting used to the bidet. I had to purchase a squatty potty because the bidet seat too high for my 5'4" self. It was super easy to set up and learn how to use

Enjoying my new SB-1000, the new styled hapatic remote takes alittle time to get use to, it's a touch rather than a push. Nice wide seat for support.

We have been using the bidet for over two years now. It has worked flawlessly. We have really bad water here that damaged a part. To my surprise, one can purchase every part needed to fix it from smartbidet. It is so amazing to have a company that supports their customers by having available parts. This is usually not the case in our throwaway society.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to install & use! Great temp adjustability!

I have had this bidet seat for about 4 years and I still love it! I feel so clean after using it, and it is so much nicer for my bottom sensitivities!! The warm seat with adjustability is so nice in the colder months, and I really like being able to adjust both the temperature of the seat and the temperature of the water for different times of the year. I also love that I['m not using so much paper and filling my septic so much! I highly recommend this easy to install and easy to use bidet seat!
