Have had this bidet for 4 years and it's worked like a charm. The heated seat is a lifesaver in the winter. Easy to install. Remote control operated, so you don't have to fuss with a control panel at the side of your tush. Highly recommend.

I've had mine for over 9 years. Just replacing the seat from yellowing. Everything is still working fine. We love them and have two in our home

Product works very well. The only drawback is the water does splash up on the seat, requiring the seat to be wiped down after each use.
