GREAT SEAT

Purchased this for a Christmas present for my husband 7 years ago. It's worked flawlessly for him... he's a happy camper! The only challenge we've had is the lid has cracked at the joint on the right side...twice. It still works but lets the lid crash down with a loud bang. Buying a 2nd replacement lid today.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for years now and would recommend it to anyone, were it not an awkward subject to bring up. It not only leads to a greater cleaning and much less use of toilet paper, but once you get the knack, it relieves constipation and straining. Unlike my other bidet seat, the Smartbidet extends a little further, giving a more vertical spray where it is needed. For the same price as my other one, it adds a heated seat and a warm air dryer. You will be glad you got one.

The bidet and I cannot seem to locate only the seat portion (to clarify I do not need the entire bidet it still works fine. I only need the actual heated portion of the seat not the entire unit as it cracked under the seat where nobody can see, but I love this device so much that I'd like it to be perfect and I'd like to change the actual seat. Can you please advise me where I could purchase one or where I can order one you have a great product! I don't know how anybody cleaned their behind properly without one of these gems
