The only problems I've found are that it's difficult to get under the seat to clean the area around the nozzles, and one of the function buttons on the remote control quit working within a few months of use.

We've been using this in our basement loo for a couple of years now. I'm not sure how other reviewers have managed to break the plastic - I weigh 200 pounds and this thing doesn't strain at all. The only thing I would suggest is that the seat end of the supply hose should have a "quick disconnect" that could pop off and stop the water flow. This would make cleaning the unit much easier.
